Manager and Supervisor Roles Defined

This article explains the difference between the two administrator roles

There are two administrative access levels in Hourly. Managers and Supervisors.

For employees requiring administrative access, you will need to determine whether Supervisor or Manager access is best.  

Supervisor - has access to add new employees, add locations and tasks and to view and edit employee timecards. Confidential data for Supervisors is blocked. They cannot view pay rates or process payroll.

Manager - has access to all data in the system including confidential data. Managers have full system access and visibility to confidential information. The Manager role is the only role that can process payroll.
