How To Undo Payroll After It's Been Submitted

This article explains how to make changes to your payroll after its been submitted

If you need to make changes to your payroll after you've hit the submit button, you may still have an opportunity to pull it back into edit status and make changes.

As long as your payroll batch shows a status of Submitted you can make updates.  

  • Select Payroll from the menu
  • Select the payroll batch you want to edit (must show Submitted status)
  • Select the red Undo Payroll button
  • Your payroll batch will now show a status of Due

After completing the above steps you can update the payroll and resubmit as needed.
